All show participants must register and sign necessary waivers and releases. Vendors please contact us.
Registration after September 3rd will be available on site at the event.

Event Day Details

Vendor Load in and Car Staging 6am-8:30am
Load in and staging must be completed by 8:30am. Show starts at 9am. This event has been moved indoors to The Broadmoor-Bartolin Hall, 3 Lake Circle, Colorado Springs 80906. Rain or shine. No refunds are available.

Event Hours, 9am-3pm
This is a six hour event. All participants must be present for judging.
​
Judging Starts at 11am
Rags down when judging starts at 9:00am.
Event End and Load Out, 3pm-5pm
Event ends at 3pm. Load out must be completed by 5pm, or late fees may be incurred.

All participants must pay applicable registration fees and sign a waiver and release of liability. Vehicle registration fee is $50 for the classic car division (traditional judging) and $75 for the concours judging division per vehicle.
